THE GREAT DETECTIVE SHERLOCK HOLMES #20 The Mystery of The Vampire II
Half a year after solving the case of “The Mystery of the Vampire”, Gorilla’s old schoolmate Ferguson invited Holmes and his friends to his house for holiday as a gesture of thanks. Upon their arrival, the group learned that the graveyard of Count Dracula’s ruins was once again haunted by vampire. Astonishingly, the vampire had even extended his arm from the grave and tightly grasped the leg of a passer-by!
Driven by curiosity, Holmes led the group to the desolate Count Dracula estate to investigate the alleged vampire. Upon reaching the ruins, they encountered an elderly man with dementia aimlessly wandering the area. The teeth marks on his arm, suggesting that he had been bitten by the vampire. Just panic began to set in, Holmes observed something significant on the old man’s socks, along with a small wooden rod and a beer bottle that appeared to belong to him. These clues allow Holmes to solve another vampire mystery and, simultaneously, uncover the profoundly heartbreaking tragedy behind the identity of the old man.
